Delivery & Returns


  • If the item’s in stock, your order should be with you within 10 working days.
  • Deliveries are made on weekdays only.
  • We’re sorry, but we don’t currently offer timed deliveries.
  • Our logistics partner will get in touch with you to let you know when your order should arrive nearer the time.
  • The products you order will be delivered to kerbside or driveway. It is up to the carrier or delivery driver to move them elsewhere on your property.
  • We can track your order for you – give us a call and we will let you know where it’s at.

  • Please let us know in writing within 14 days of delivery if you would like to return an item, by letter or in an email to
  • Please ensure the goods are kept in good order and in their original packaging as far as possible. The cost of returning the goods will be deducted from our refund to you. These costs may vary – we’ll let you know what the cost is, and we won’t make a profit on this.
  • We’re sorry, but we cant accept returns of bespoke items.
  • We’re not liable for damages or issues caused by factors outside of our control including Acts of Nature, adverse weather conditions, flooding, vandalism or accidental damage.
