Premium corten garden screen that is sustainable, made in the UK from the best quality corten steel, our screening is always made from solid metal, never from wood plastic composite, making them strong enough to be used as garden fencing. Our garden screens are completely maintenance free and beautiful to look at and have been specified for many years by designers and architects for whom quality and beauty are an absolute necessity.
Our classic Branches corten steel garden screen is perfect for use as boundary fencing or garden screening due to its strength & beauty. Our garden screening is weatherproof, designed for durability and totally maintenance free, meaning that you can design your perfect space and enjoy it for years to come.
The Branches pattern is an abstract design inspired by the dappled effect of sunlight through the foliage of a tree canopy. The pattern has 50% opacity and works particularly well when used against a wall and backlit. Perfect for garden screening and delineating outdoor spaces. The Corten steel finish has a beautiful rich rusted patina that sits back within the garden and works as a perfect backdrop to your planting.
Corten steel is a type of weathering steel that will not corrode like a general mild steel. It is a premium material that has been championed by engineers, architects and designers for a long time now due its inherent strength and beauty. Read our guide on weathering Corten steel. All decorative corten panels will arrive unweathered in their grey natural state and the colour and texture will change almost immediately in the UK climate and within as little as a week will develop into the beautiful rusted rich hues that it is famous for.
Our garden screens are vey simple to install, as easy as any fencing product. Read our Garden Screening Installation Guide.
How to use our Garden Screening
You can use our corten garden panels to create beautiful modern features indoors and out. Wall-mount to create a decorative focal point or a beautiful garden trellis, or use it to create a modern decorative bin screen, partition, or privacy screen.
Having that extra space outside in the warmer months is perfect for entertaining our friends in the beautiful surrounding of our gardens. Creating a stunning and inspiring setting for you and your guests and maximising the appeal of your space is paramount. Using garden screening to add interest, privacy and bring the intimate feeling of indoor dining outside has become a huge trend in the UK. This new trend has emerged over the past few years from high profile garden designs seen at RHS flower shows and these products have now been adopted by garden designers and creatives throughout the UK and with some beautiful results.
Disguising the ugly parts of your garden really helps us to relax and enjoy a space. It may be that you have an ugly wall, your neighbours fencing is not to your taste or you simply have a rough and practical area of your garden which you would like to screen. This new type of garden screening can really help you to eliminate those areas from your sight by simply installing the screens about 10cm away from the space and you have already transformed the space into a much more appealing area.
It is essential to choose a finish that reflects your style and the style of your surroundings. Corten works magically within the rich brown and reddish tones of the garden backdrop and creates such a rich and beautifully rustic vibe. As corten ages the patina gets richer and richer and has an uneven tone adding interest, the material itself will not corrode giving it a fantastically long lifetime.
Nowadays we are extremely lucky if privacy is not an issue for us in our gardens, most of us will find it hard to believe that we can achieve a truly private area in our own garden that will not be overlooked. We have successfully worked on projects where this was a major issue and with a simple trick have managed to create just that. If you use posts to a higher height (our posts are 2.4 metres long) you can fix the panels at a much higher point giving you the desired privacy that you yearn for. We have found that using some large planters at the base of this arrangement will disguise the gap at the base and offer you the opportunity to plant in front of the screen. This approach creates the most stunning results as the planting really pops against the backdrop and breaks up the height of the boundary.
